I couldnt comment on GNOME-Look so ill comment here...
Anyways, this is defenetly one of the most completed icon-sets i ever seen. It don't look much like Vista, but it do have a strange Vistaish feeling over it. Great theme!
I checked "use_custom_icon" but what exactly do I do for the next step... "-type in "custom_icon" start-here1, start-here2, ... , start-here11"
when you type "start-here1" you get the first main menu icon....and so on
